About
Larisa Ignacio
is a 30-something wife and mom of four kids who are growing up way too fast. She has dreamed of becoming a published author since fourth grade when she wrote a story about her hamster Stripe taking a trip through the walls of their house (based on real events). She has dabbled in many things (dog sitting, sewing doll clothes, gardening workshops, the list goes on) but has always circled back to writing as her heart center.Â
She loves escaping into stories, whether her own or others; the more fantastical the better! And there must always be at least a little romance, obviously. Her favorite genres to read are fantasy and proper romance, with sci-fi and historical fiction coming in a close second (as long as there's some clean romance!).
When she's not writing, Larisa also loves to scrapbook, eat dark chocolate, and watch Marvel movies.
She currently lives in the beautiful Seattle area where she and her hubby raise their crazy kids on their small farm full of goats, pigs, turkeys, bunnies, and chickens. A farmcollie named Taffy keeps them all in check, and a tripod cat named Izzy keeps her lap warm while she writes.
